Your life can change in a moment.
There are precious few moments in life — where what you say next, can change the direction of your life forever.
A job interview is one of those moments...
We've all been there. You've prepped, you're dressed in your lucky interview outfit, and so far you're actually answering questions about your experience and qualifications with ease.
Then the interviewer asks the seemingly easy question...
"Tell us about yourself."
A lump forms in your throat. You begin to sweat a little. What does that question even mean? It's not even a question! Should I talk about my family, my hobbies, my pet rock collection?!?
It’s time to tell your story.
Can you seize the moment?
With the Find the Author Within course - you can.
If you keep telling yourself the same old story, you'll keep living the same old outcomes.
In this video, David speaks to value of getting a new perspective on the story you’ve been telling yourself.
There is always a story. Ask yourself: are you the author of that story, or just an actor in someone else's?
We have created an online course that will give you the tools — not just to identify and articulate your preferred future, but actually cause it to happen.
That's the power of storytelling.

Working through the course has allowed me to shed some of the old narratives I had that were limiting me and free myself from others' expectations for my life. It's been incredibly useful to take the time to understand myself, where I'm at and to start being intentional about creating the future I want for myself.

As an expert in human communication, he has been engaged on programs that are seen as ‘the jewel in the crown’ for clients’ leadership development. For Mars, he has played a key role in the year-long Supply Leadership Development Program, which has run annually since 2011.
